Hi,
My name is Sonia, I am just about to turn 48 and I have three teenage daughters (13, 15, 18).
I am Indian and had an arranged marriage. I have been married for 23 years and finally accepted that my marriage is over.

I am hoping to get some advise and support during this stressful process.
