Hello All,

I need your advice. I am still with my Mrs and we’ve been married for 6 years. I think we both realised we made a mistake to marry each other.

I will like to proceed with the divorce but being a newbie not sure of even where to start. My story below

1) Married for 6years
2) 2 kids( 6 and 2)
3) Mortgage ( 3yrs)
4) Both working full time

Now the question is there an action plan or a procedure to follow to amicably go our separate ways. I don't want to lose out in all this as she has made my life unbearable and I don't want to leave and also lose out or pay her loads of money as she earns more than me as well. Please I will appreciate your suggestions.
