Hi everyone,

Been separated for two and half years.

divorce application has stalled as my wife won't sign or contest as the paperwork mentions financial orders, and she will die before losing the flat.

Stuck on the D11, there's other stuff, but, later.

Just want me divorce ?

Hello!.

Welcome to Wikivorce but sorry you find yourself here.
If your ex has received the paperwork and just refused to complete it you can apply for something called deemed service. If you have any communication from her saying she's got the petition that would be enough evidence.
The finances are separate to the divorce itself. You either need to agree a settlement and get a Consent Order drawn up and submitted to the court for approval or ask the court to help you sort things out. If you are in the court process she is answerable to the court if she doesn't engage. There is lots of information about the process on the site and plenty of free help here. We also have a range of fixed price services to support people who are self representing.

What is the D11 for?

Hi,

The D11 form.
Forms are my nemesis, just something about a form that renders me helpless.

It asks about courts and solicitors, I was trying to do the divorce online.

I guess it's as easy as my ex wants it to be.

I am struggling to prepare the questionnaire. My ex-husband was paying half of the required of child maintenance money for the last three years. I had more than 35 thousand of debt. He accumulated £38000-pound arrears. I need urgent money (£5450) to pay my rent to the estate agent which is rent-arrear. I need some support to get money.
