Good morning.
I have found your site as a last resort to find some much needed answers to vital questions and am finding it to be invaluable already, thank you so much.

I obtained my Decree Absolute from my now ex husband in June 2018. At the time he refused point blank to sign any kind of Clean Break order (we have one child, with maintenance arranged via the CMO/CSA as was), no property, he had masses of debt and I unfortunately had taken some of that on which he refused to admit liability to. I am dealing with that.
When we divorced he knew I had found my future husband no.2, which would be one of the reasons I had to provide the court with 'deemed service' evidence that he received the divorce papers as he wouldnt sign those either.

I have been engaged with our intended wedding date this autumn. My fiance's situation is a whole other ball game. He obtained his decree absolute last year but having major issues around the Consent Order and her not having any legal representation.

I will be sure to have more questions as I make my way around the forum, just wanted to say hi and a huge thanks for the service provided :)
