My ex owns the mortgage the court signed house to me for children’s minority.
Court awarded both joint conduct however ex thinks it’s solely down to him and involves his solicitor (bully tact) at every turn.
The court have advised that the price accepted needs to be one that suits all
My ex informs me that he is taking me back to court for £10k fees which are not without leave of court.
Everything has been done wrong in my case children not considered non disclosure by ex and conduct questionable..
we’ve had an offer £305000 he will accept jumping up and down like willy wonka however my position is not as wealthy as his and I have 2 children to house...
