Hello lady di,

Do not despair, there is plenty of support here on this website. Feeling depressed is normal, maybe see your GP if you haven't already.

When you post questions or ask for advice there are many knowledgeable people who have been through this before and can help.

Hi
Without sounding like a health guru (which I am not), I have found exercise to be a God send. Walking, or now couch to 5K. It releases happy hormones and just gets you out. Listening to anything to distract myself too. My thing is murder investigations on youtube (honestly not planning anything!!), or psychological profiles. It just distracts me and keeps my head from whirring. Good luck!
