Same as you but x on legal Aid makes it one-sided no proof has used the children against me DA runs until Jan 21 so not long X cannot hide behind children and notice forever at the end people will see what she's like, children have not seen for 9 months in a case that x twists things but agreed to let the children decide but they are being brainwashed by my x and well being may come to a problem later in life all down to her.
For me it's a waiting game it's very difficult CMS/benefits but after the full monty and falsing me to use solicitors running up debt.
X is also requesting that I pay for her way of life support but not willing so only paying CMS crunch time has come she has to pay for mortgage ok has children but cannot use them against me (get out and work like others) work out there X has left the children before (12/16) Years.

Any advice please as I would welcome.

Thanks
