Hey guys. New to this site. I am currently going through a divorce and the financial settlement is coming up.

I earn more but have a progressive life long disability. There are 2 children that live with their mum at present. Is there any advice on how to include disability on the form E please?

Welcome to Wikivorce but sorry you find yourself here.

There is a box (1.11 I think) on Form E that asks about heath conditions. This is really about anything that will have an impact on your ability to work and earn. You can include a medical report with your attached documents.
