Hello, I’m Chris, totally new to all this so here goes.

My wife and I separated just over 12 months ago.
She has started divorce proceedings through the Gov.co.uk website, and I have responded by agreeing to the divorce.
We have no children together and we don’t own any property whatsoever.

The only thing I have of any value is two very small pensions. One had around £10,000 in it, the other about £1,500.
She has now put in a financial order in place and I need some advice on what to do next.

Regards, Chris.

Welcome to Wikivorce but sorry you find yourself here.
Are you saying that she's made an application to court for financial settlement??
How long have you been married?? How old are you both and what do you each earn?? Does she have any pensions??
If there is no reason for a claim for spousal maintenance and your assets are minimal, it would make sense to agree settlement and apply for a Clean Break Consent Order. You can get an order drawn up via this site (see services tab). It would be usual to share assets equally but a lot depends on how old you both are and other circumstances of the case.
