Hello,

I am wondering if anyone can advise.
while completing the online divorce I noticed that the address given for other part was not the address that he is living at .
I filled in his addresses and it was sent back to his solicitor.
she was furious as I supplied text information shown that he lives there even though his documentation is registered at his mothers address.
She asked what I was try to achieve ? She also then stated he is only there at weekends ( lie).
I would assume it was illegal?
any help would be greatly appreciated.thank you

Probably using his mother’s address as an address for service. Maybe it’s more convenient or maybe he just doesn’t want you to know where he lives?

Nothing illegal in it.

No that’s not the case and no reason and I know his address as drop our son for visits. More to do with lying.

What do you think he has to gain by lying?

So long as he gives an address for service you will be able to send any documents there.

To lie on form E and no other reason.
A company director who in the marriage earn £50,000 a month is now earning £1000 PAYE. Not rocket science. Aldo he paid £113,000 on a mortgage with his mother at that address in the marriage etc etc, but claims he owns nothing.
Anyway just wanted honesty and correct maintenance for our child. I walked away with nothing from his abuse and control five years. What he gains is not paying the correct child support and only sees him once every three weeks for a day.

£50k a month would be £6m which would be court rather than CMS territory? Or did you mean £5k?

You could still ask CMS to reassess on the grounds of the changes and a lifestyle not in keeping with his earnings?
