Oh I have a classic too!

Husband says sorry after a huge row over a dustbin the night before (I know a dustbin it was getting on his nerves)

Then he says this is not working
I say 'Do you love me'
He says 'Sorry'
I say 'Have you ever loved me'
He says 'Sorry'
I say 'Why did you marry me then'
He says 'I thought something would grow'

This is a grown 43yr old man

I say 'Did you love your 1st wife when you married her'
He says 'No, but something grew she became my friend?'

Unbelieveable

Love shropshirelass

Not long after the ex had moved out, I went to her place to collect the kids and there was a lot of empties, she never used to drink a lot, and was behaving erratically, and because I got on well with her mum, I mentioned it to her mum that I was a bit worried in case she was starting to drink a bit too much. The next day the ex rang in a big strop wanting to know why I was telling everyone she was an alcholic......I had said nothing to anyone but her mum, and I did not use the word alcholic!

So much for showing concern for my recently separated wife!!

When ex finally admitted he was having an affair he said to me

"you must have realised things were not right between us"

When I asked how long he had been having his affair he replied

"12 months but it wasn't physical to start with"

So that makes it ok then?

Poppie x

My STBX said it was own own fault that he assaulted me. He says I drove him to it and that I made him do it!!!!!!

The day after FDA he told my daughter 'Mummy's a bitch'
I wonder what he's going to call me after the FDR or even FH...

My x's girlfriend's x husband (with me so far?) told me that he paid for her to go on a massage course while they were still living together.

After he divorced her she went round to his place to collect some items she'd forgotton to take and she told him that she'd started doing some massaging at my x's flat whilst he was at work.

When I met up with my x a few months ago, I cheekily asked him how he felt about his new love doing massaging at his flat. He looked highly embarrased and said that she was only "doing" women.

When I met him again after our First Appointment, I cheekily asked him the same question again but in a roundabout way. He'd obviously forgotton what he told me before because this time he said "oh whenever she had men round I was in the next room".

I used the word "had" because all this happened before she had to go home due to the fact when her husband divorced her, she was in breach of immigration rules and has been waiting ever since for my x to get her back over here.

So now I'm going to have fun enquiring how she's getting on with massaging in her own country!

What's so great about this is that I couldn't bear to even think about all this a year ago when I first found out but now, it makes me laugh

here are two things my stbx said

1. In reply to my solicitor's letter about him harrassing me, he said "If the courts scrutinise my daughter they will know".

The thought of the judge with a magnifying glass was funny!

2. He earns 10 times my pay and had the great idea of quitting his job so he can ask me for spousal maintenance!

And the story goes.....
