American man Alan Markovitz buys the house next door to his ex-wife and her partner, apparently for the main purpose of erecting a 12 foot bronze statue of a middle finger, directed at his neighbour''s bedroom window.

He has also made sure it''s always visible by installing a spotlight to illuminate it at night.

From the Telegraph .
