Can someone explain the disposable income limit at which legal aid is stopped or not eligible?
I have done the calculator and there seems to be no limit for someone ho has no children and is in receipt of maintenance above £650 per month.

I have been informed that NDI of just over 9k per annum leaves a person liable to LA contributions. May not be a reliable source...(a sol) on account that my X has been in receipt of LA for 8 years with seemingly endless access to this public purse. Hope the more learned can give you more accurate info
