Hi,
Does anyone have any idea of WHEN the Coalition`s proposed changes to Legal Aid in Divorce might come into effect?
Thanks.

I doubt (and hope) they will, as i understand it they first need consensus and even if they have it the house of lords would be the next hurdle.

For now its just an idea for it to become a reality provisions would need to be in place to take up the slack, one suggestion on the table is compulsory mediation for AR which would be problematic to say the least.

I do know the founder of wiki is involved in the debate with the relevant authority's i and many others are waiting for news.
