Hi,
Not sure if ive answered this in a previous post? Your bankrupt. This makes you insolvent. You cannot be pursued, or sued for money you havent got. Your ex will have to either look into paying these debts herself or look at the range of debt solutions out there i.e. DMP, or IVA. I would of expected your bankruptcy to have dealt with your creditors, and this would of had an effect of the FMH...if any equity the courts usually order reposession.

Please stop worrying about your ex's threats of sueing you. PM me if you like
Take care
