my wife works part time and gets approx 1100 permonth after deductions etc, child tax credits for boys 8 and 11 and child benefit i presume. i pay her 500 a month (csa calculation is 360) and am struggling. because of problems with contact etc i suggested mediation and said i would pay hers if she did not get legal aid. sol wjho is mediator does not think she will get it? does this sound right? mortgage she pays is 277 and endowment is 60 per month.
also mediator saw her seperatly and then rang me to arrange a joint appointment. is this common practice or should i have seen mediator seperatley before joint session. feeling paranoid lol.
