Hi all,
Does any one have any advice as where the statotory charge applies in family proceeding or the childrens act 1989?
If i'm encouraged by Social services and CAFCASS to enforce a contact order through the courts for the sake of the child and their wel-being, and the mother continued to ignore orders of the court, why have I been left with a heavy stat charge by the LSC because of another persons ignorance of a contact order/order of THEIR court??
Can it be challenged under the childrens act 1989?
kind regards

I believe this has been answered in recent threads that you have posted in. The Statutory Charge applies to all work carried out under a certificate to which the Statutory Charge applies. This would include work carried under in Children Act matters.
