My wife is seeking a divorce, I assume she will be claiming legal aid as she works less than 16hr's per week. will the systems consider the value of equity in our property as it currently stands at over £150K before rewarding her free legal help.

Many Thanks

If you no her income try this legal aid calculator

www.communitylegaladvice.org.uk/en/legalaid/calculator.jsp
They wont take into ccount equity in MH and if she is entitled to Legal aid at some point she will have to pay it back
