Hi, I just wondered if anyone would know if legal aid covers a barrister and costs at a final hearing.

HI yes it does usualy claimed seperate for you by the solicitor when you go to court, this is not free usualy you have to pay part of your costs from what you receive from the settlement but not always depends on circumstances.
