A bit of a Question legal aid when does it stop x had legal aid for 2 years has signed Trust D form hence was advised that x will be losing it so no more running to a solicitor without paying and that once the sale of the property as x will get some payout that she will have to pay some of that back to Legal aid can someone confirm this, please.

When the case is over (meaning that the court makes an order and the order is implemented), the Legal Aid will come to an end.

The Legal Aid Agency will have what is called a "statutory charge" on the property meaning that, when it is sold, they will get back the money that they paid out and your ex will receive only whatever remains of her share. But there are "ifs" and "buts".

Update you say if's and Buts

At present, after the long hall x has decided she can no longer stay within the FHM yes x will have to pay back Legal Aid out of her share as with other amounts but also has to pay back DWP my Trust is watertight, and I hope the sale goes through. What else I should be concerned about?
