Hi

I am a full time mum to my 1 year old, I was due to go back to work but my daughter has some medical problems so I cannot go back. I am also 5 months pregnant.

I am a home owner together with my husband. I want to leave him and the home, but first need some legal advice, unfortunately I cannot afford this as I am dependant on him financially.
Can someone please let me know if I would be entitled to this. Thanks M :S

try this
www.wikivorce.com/divorce/Legal-Aid-Calculator.html

It is in wiki free resources.

Or you could pop into chat one weekday evening and talk to Divorce Lawyer when she is doing her free legal surgery.
