I have had a Consent Order returned from court as they require signatures for undertakings given. Why have they taken this action when both parties agreed terms and why have they taken this action knowing full well it would lead to further delays?!?! I cannot see the logic in this, it seems terribly irresponsible and inconsiderate.

You say that the parties have agreed terms but how will the court know this? The only way to confirm this is by signature otherwise you will have a document which is potentially unenforceable.
