i have a non molestation order prohibiting my ex-wife coming within 500 meters of my house,she was seen in a pub 80 meters from my house with her new partner, i sometimes use this pub ,is she in breach of the order?

I would have to assume so.

80m is closer than 500m - so she is in breach.

Report it.
