Hi,

i am Sujata Mangla and having settlement visa of UK because my husband having work permit. my settlement visa will expire in June 2013. but now we are going to separate and i want to stay and work in UK. Please let me know what is procedure to get work permit of UK after divorce.

I don''t know the answer to your question, but would suggest you speak to your embassy or consulate as soon as possible. They should be able to advise you about this.
