my brother was severed with a non molestation and occupation order which was revoke due to the first section he was not guilty and also as the person who asked for all this did not turn up to court he moved back in his house and now she is telling people she is has applied for another she moved out as she told the court how can they grant another she is a compulsive liar and he had the police at the house as her new partner of which we knew nothing about had assaulted her my brother is unemployed so can not get legal aid she seems to keep abusing the law what can he do the police advice to him was to keep calling them as he can not get an harassment order as she has not hit him :S

The application failed because the applicant did not attend, no other reason,there is no guilt, the gent needs to talk to a lawyer ASAP, chances are it''s a lost cause.
