Hello everyone my name is Keith and i am based in Norfolk,
I am new to this site and any help would be really appreciated, I am going through a nightmare divorce and custody battle with my ex. My ex and a family member is a judge, my ex obtained a non molestation order on myself saying she was a victim of domestic abuse for long periods of our marriage, this is not true. The order was obtain by my ex's family member from what looks like her own office or buildings in London in an out of hours phone call to other judge, who works with her by the looks of it, it was given on hearsay. I later broke this order a few days after it was given to me, which I dispute and I was arrested and given a further 1 year retraining order, I broke this again but simply driving my car going to a work meeting, which I could prove, my ex told police after seeing me in an high street I was stalking her, I made no contact with her and did not stop the car, in fact I drove away asap, I was arrested and given another 5 year retraining order plus 250 hours non paid work, I nearly went to prison. I have never hurt my ex or said anything bad to her or her family ever. I must now also point out I am a victim of domestic abuse for the last years of our marriage which after the recovery of data prove my ex lied and I am a victim not her, this data was not available at the time and no one believed me, the police even threatened to arrest me for wasting their time, my ex is using this as leverage against me in my divorce and custody, I have also not seen my children for 3 years, children all young. Now it appears with the new data she has admitted in writing to CAFCASS she is not a victim of domestic abuse, she has lied to get orders in the first place, she has committed perjury and contempt of court. Any help on what to do next ?
