The first two paragraphs of your original post does not accord with what you are now saying. You said you wrote to the court on 5 occasions saying you had not been served. The court most likely proceeded on the basis that you knew a hearing was listed otherwise you would not know to write to the court about the hearing.

If you do not agree with the order you can appeal it - although you may first need permission to appeal. Appeals and linked applications must proceed without delay. If this is the route you choose you should take action immediately or you will miss the opportunity.
