My ex-husband applied to the court to vary an order made in 2001, to that end he attended court last Dec. and the Judge made an interim order. We now have to attend an FDR hearing on April 20th. I had to file my witness statement by Feb 17th but my ex-husband does not have to file his until March 30th. Why the time difference
