It would depend a great deal on what was in the Consent Order. It would also depend on how much better paying a new job was. I seem to recall something called a Bader event, but I think it would need to be a substantial increase.
In the consent order it is common to have a nominal amount of spousal maintenance, typically £1 / year or similar low amount. This allows for the order to be taken back to court to be varied upwards should either of your positions change significantly.
