My wife and I have agreed to divorce but we are reluctant to engage with solicitors and indeed mediation so as not to cause upset to our children for another year where by then the eldest will have taken the decision to go to university.
Is it possible for my wife and I to individually engage separator mediators to advise on what the financial arrangements / splits are likely to be so that when we do eventually jointly engage we both have our positions determined leaving only our differences in positions to be resolved.

Thanks

J

Mediators won't advise, they are there to mediate the discussions, solicitors will advise
