No he has court in 2 weeks time. Have you looked in to having your pension changed from a SIP to a SAP ? The other half did and it was changed. Will definitely let you know how he gets on as it may help someone else

Hi,
Not sure about your last message?
I have a service Invaliding pension and its tax free as it was attributable to service so I thought it was a SAP?
From what veterans UK have said, their is no such thing as a SAP anymore? In any case, unless it's a recognised under war pension (pre April 2005) of a GIP under AFCS , its shareable!!
Life remains confused©
