My ex has not included a CETV for his pension in his form E. The reason given for not producing it is because there is a fee attached. Should I offer to pay half. Is it necessary to have one or could I just ask him for a copy of his latest pension illustration?
The pension I am discussing was paid into for three years of our marriage. He has a CTV for the pension he paid into for the other 6 years.
Any help would be great

Thanks

Fairly certain you are entitled to one free CETV a year.

What sort of pension is it?

How much is the fee?

Thank you. That's what I thought. He is in receipt of pension. It is with Railtrack and the cost is 250

I have just read the letter he has included with his form E from his pension provider and it states that the £250 fee is 'for the administration fee to process the divorce request'. There is no mention of a CETV.
Alternatively I was going to ask him to produce his latest pension illustration? Or should I ask what the letter means in my questions? and whether a CETV was requested?

Thanks
