Hi
Any thoughts on this one would be appreciated.
My partner is a Director and saying that there is no need for them to apply for a CETV because their CETV is reported on in the Annual Accounts and is suggesting that is the value used for a financial agreement. However is has been suggested to me that this value doesn't sound right.
Can anyone offer any advice on this situation. Would this be usual to use this value?
Thanks very much

If he has a pension fund invested with a pension provider, he needs to provide a document from them giving the CEV and other details of the scheme.

I cannot comment on whether the figure given in the accounts would be accurate. Pension contributions may be made by employer and employees and there are tax benefits to be considered as well.
