Hi - I'm trying to fill in form E - financial statement and I am unsure what to put on page 12, (2) Financial Details. It askes about pensions. I don't have a private pension but do pay into a work-based pension, do I have to put this down? It says: Include Additional state pension SERPs. Free standing Additional voluntary contribution Schemes separate of your employer. Membership of all pension plans and schemes. PPF compensation entitlement for each scheme.
I really don't understand any of it, any help would be appreciated. Thanking you, Vickyd

If all you have is an employers pension ask the scheme administrator for a CETV valuation and put this figure on your Form E
