This is my first post, so nice to meet you!

I'm now just waiting for the Decree Nisi which should be here any week following a rather long wait, and we have come to an agreement on the Financial Settlement where I retain my main pension pot and they keep the family home.

As there was a bit of a difference between my total pension and the family home equity, it was agreed that the smaller pension pot (we're only talking £16k) would be transferred to the two children.

I don't really want the children to have to wait until they retire to receive the pension, therefore it would seem best to put some kind of agreement in the Consent Order (rather than pension sharing) to transfer the amounts to them when the pension matures. At least then it provides some time for the pension pot to gain a bit of interest. Would that be the best route?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
