Hi
I wondered if anyone could help me.
Does anybody know what happens if someone agrees to share their pension but following the Decree Absolute, just doesn't. Can it be enforced by the court and would the person who is trying to access the pension make the person with the pension pay their legal fees if they go back to court.?
Thanks in advance

Is there a legally binding order including a PSO (pension sharing order) in place?? Are the pension company aware of it??

As far as I am aware it is up to the party who is awarded the pension share to send the pension sharing annex to the Trustees so they can action it. Once received they have four months to sort it out.
