Sounds unlikely after such a short childless marriage especially if his housing needs are already met. But it would depend on the full financial picture.

How long was your relationship?
Your original post suggested a very short term relationship. Now it appears it is in excess of 40 years?
When did you inherit the house?

I was with him when I was 15 .I had child to him at 16.
12 years ago we got back in contact. It didn't last long. Then Oct 2021 we got back together.and got engaged April 2022 and got wed April 2023. He's not lived at my house.I own out right. And not given me any house keeping . He lives in a rented house. Many thanks for your help.i don't always say things the right way. Sorry if u thought we been together long term when in fact in total only. Been 3 years.

Sorry I didn't explain here right. I meant we had a 41 year old daughter. But we have only had a short time together 3 years . But only married since April 2023

I’d stick with my original reply that he has little or no chance then.
