Hi so I'm going into the final stages of my divorce , I have a joint mortage with my ex we have around £80k equity we have two children , I am currently living at my parents house, she is living with the kids in our MH , I currently pay half the mortgage plus £720 a month in cms payments, I have also taken on the marital debt as it was in my name , in order for me to rent somewhere so I can have my kids overnight I need to sell the MH but my ex cannot afford to rent anywhere or buy anywhere, am I stuck ? I don't really know how this is ever going to work , thanks for help in advance
