Me and wife separated i left family home ( council property) I am currently homeless sleeping on family sofa's but my family want to give me a gift to get me a mortgage because am miles away from my kids I told my kids that I might be able to get a house near them but my wife found out not the issue but her and her new partner want to wait till I buy my house before getting a divorce is there any way I can protect it from them ( wife and new partner deal in drugs and also partake i wanted to get a permanent safe space for our kids and kids told my wife they want to stay with me when I get new house i also promises my kids it's there house as soon as there old enough and in a position to take over the morgage payments all i want is to be there for them and them to have a permanent safe space is there anything I can do to stop losing the house before I get to keep my promise to my kids I can't wait for divorce it's all ready having a damaging effect on them because of the things they seen and been put though my goal get place get boys into safe space
