After a lot of back and forth, it has been decided that the house is sold.

Is there a recommended strategy for doing this?

I'd like it :

- As quickly as possible
- for a reasonable price

Issues I can see:

- The other party dragging it out
- The other party not agreeing on an offer.

My ex would like to buy somewhere else, but I'm not waiting for him to shop around and then sit on his chain to get my share of the money.

I'd like it so the house is sold, if it's before any purchase is completed, he moves into rented.

Any advice would be appreciated, I just want this over. Thankyou.
