Anyone else in a situation where everything they say/do/think is wrong in some way in the eyes of your spouse?

So given you can't do anything right, you do nothing. But you know you are opening yourself up to the accusation that you are not doing anything round the house etc?

But you know if you do anything it will be disapproved of.
