What would be the time frame for a pension sharing order?
Absolute already granted so just need the financial order (Clean Break .. just small pension in annuity which ex has agreed to share)
Pension provider aware too but would like an idea of length of time to get the order and then roughly how long before pension is split.
If anyone can help/advise .. thank you

If you agree the Consent Order and have all the documents signed and ready, it is then a question of how long the courts take to process it. This is a bit of a "how long is a piece of string" question.
It is unlikely to be much less than 8-12 weeks from submission assuming everything goes smoothly. Once you have the order it then has to go to the pension provider for inaction so you are in their hands.

Thank you. I used solicitors on here and sent form back on 29th September. Haven't heard from them yet .. thought once I paid that part would be much quicker :(
