You have a good point about the costs. Although the enemy is doing her best to bump mine up as much as possible.

Suppose I will have to grin and bare it one day it will all be over.

I know your post was a while ago, but I'd be grateful if you could please let me know the outcome and if your ex complied with their statements. My ex is not complying and it has me wondering how the process will go. At present we've given their solicitor a schedule of deficiencies.
