30months and almost at the final stage however my STBX Solicitor has emailed a broker to get enhanced/ impaired life annuities in regard to the pension sharing

As she has used my medical and personal information we feel she has breached GDPR, my Solicitor has reported her to the ICO but she has come back and said she is within legal proceedings to do this and we should retract the complaint

I only know about one of the insurers that have been given my information , nor sure how many in total had had it

I had already got a quote from my own financial adviser as well as doing an online quote which my own solicitor has been given

Is this a breach or is it as she says all above board ?
