I wonder if the mods would be prepare to host a poll to find out from members how long partners exs affairs have lasted there seems very little info on the net showing how long affairs last after a marriage breakdown it would be interesting to collect some data. It could be based on length of the affair relationship lasting just a thought

If it is any help my ex was having an affair for 12 months before he finally told me, almost three years on and they are now married.

A family member of mine married his mistress they were together for 15 years before that too ended in divorce - although no adultery second time round as far as I know, as he is still on his own some 5 years down the line.
