I have recently joined your forum for some advice and have recently received an e-mail through your site from

being rather sceptical after the e-mail I did a search on google to find that the e-mail address is linked to a Nigerian dating scam, it may be that you would want to warn your members about this in case they may find themselves at the end of a scam.

It appears that most members are aware of this now and there are several other threads now going relating to this.

Thank you for bringing it to everyones attention.

Wiki will be pleased that we are such a family community that we feel the need to warn each other of these scams.

This is unfortunately not the first and sadly I doubt the last.

Regards, Sarah

Thanks a lot guys for alerting us to this issue.

The offending user's account and all the emails that they sent have now been deleted.

We are working on putting some additional safeguards into the private email system to prevent such spamming.

We should have these changes implemented in around 1 month so please remain vigilent in the meantime.
