There are a lot of people on wikivorce who are looknig for a new role, due to redundancy, moving, change of circumstances etc.

I was thinking of maybe volunteering to run a workshop on CV writing, job search informations, interview techniques etc for wikipeeps. I am qualified in this area and i would like to give something back.

I would be happy to give my time one day of a weekend but would need a venue etc. Wanted to firstly see if the site would not see any issues with this venture before looking into venues etc offering it to wikipeeps. Would have to limit numbers maybe if too many people could run a few?

Please let me have your thoughts?

That sounds extremely generous!

See what The Wiki Team have to say.

I might be tempted to put my name on the list, out of curiosity...

Maybe others have skills/services they'ld be prepared to offer to the board?

I agree, this is a good idea, and very generous of you, Sair.

I personally, cant see any issues with this , as it would be similar to the regular get-togethers that members organise.
