I think the logo is excellent the way you have them two orange adults tugging the distressed kid (caught in the middle of their acrimonious divorce) in both Directions by his arms.
Exceptionally appropriate logo.

The blue icon in question are those that are on the tab pages at the top of screen (ie Divorce, Guides, Community, etc) - If you move your mouse over these pages, you will then be given more options/pages to click on. And there are the changed icons running down the let hand side of the page, near the top, the icons on our forum profile that appears to the left of forum posts.
As these only changed last night, I suspect that they aren't quite finished, and that there is still some tweaking to be done.
