Wifes sister moved in in July after relationship breakup and sale of
house. Found out wife has been cheating on me end August. Asked sisterinlaw to
move out to give us space - wont go! Now got to stage where I have asked wife to either
buy me out of house or we sell. Have two stepkids from her previous marriage but no
parental responsibility for them. Want to know if I move out do I still have to pay the
mortgage and have to rent somewhere to live whilst she decides what she wants to do?
Really dont want to be in the situation anymore, but dont want to lose
any assets because I have left. Can you advise me pls?
