I have noticed that since the number of current topics on the homepage was reduced to about 6, topics disappear so quickly that nobody has time to answer.

Have a look at the list of unanswered posts and you'll see what I mean.

You could drop down the "Fixed Price Divorce Services - Save £££ hundreds on solicitor's fees" on the Community Home page. There is a gap between the "Latest Blog Comments". Then increase the topics by say another 16approx (8 deep)

Just a sugguestion! ;-)

The homepage is being re-designed / re-purposed as a fast loading welcome page.

The full lists of latest posts are still available in 3 places:

Latest Posts/Replies (12 latest listed):
www.wikivorce.com/divorce/Community-Home-Page/

Latest New Posts (long choose to see posts last 4 hrs/today/this week etc):
www.wikivorce.com/divorce/Divorce-Forum/View-last-messages.html

Unanswered Posts :
www.wikivorce.com/divorce/Divorce-Forum/?func=unanswered

The 'plan' is that members "hang out" on the Community Home Page, rather than the home page.

I will try to add some info to home page to make this more obvious ;-)

The limit to immediate back tracking is leaving some peoples posts unanswered, but I do respect that wiki is working with limits and doing everything humanely possible!

When I very first started posting, I wasn't too sure about replying, so I sent a thank you, by the time I realised that person doesn't actually know you have thanked them for the reply to the post you are reading, I couldn't find where I'd posted or who I'd thanked :(
So now I feel guilty for ignoring them
So it would be helpful for the posts to hang around a bit longer.
